Strengthen your Obliques with these 5 Exercises

This is the fourth video of an 8-part series on strength, conditioning, and mobility.

We go through 5 exercises that can help strengthen your obliques, allowing you to perform more powerful hip rotations, so you can generate "effortless" power. For this episode, you may need a resistance band to supplement your exercises. However, for the most part, these exercises can be performed at home with minimal equipment, using just your body weight.

We will be doing:

  • Banded Trunk Rotation

  • Flutter Kicks

  • Alternating Sit-Ups

  • Russian Twists

  • Alternating Mountain Climber.
