Improve your Mobility with these 5 Exercises

This is the fifth video of an 8-part series on strength, conditioning, and mobility.

In this video we go through 5 exercises that can help improve your mobility by increasing your range of motion on the court. This reduces your chances of injuries while performing your strokes and techniques.

For this episode, you may need a resistance band to supplement your exercises. However, for the most part, these exercises can be performed at home with minimal equipment, using just your body weight.

We will be doing:

  • Shoulder Dislocates

  • Hip Mobility Squats

  • Toe Touches

  • Prone Back Extension

  • Kneeling Back Extension / Lat Stretch.
