Build your Upper Body Strength with these 5 (Accessory) Exercises

This is the seventh video of an 8-part series on strength, conditioning, and mobility.

In this video, we will go through 5 accessory exercises that target specific smaller muscle groups in your body. The muscle groups we will be focusing on can help you hit with more topspin!

By strengthening these smaller muscle groups, you can avoid unnecessary injuries as a result of straining under-developed muscles.

For this episode, you may need a resistance band to supplement your exercises. However, for the most part, these exercises can be performed at home with minimal equipment, using just your body weight.

We will be doing:

  • Bicep curl

  • Banded face pull

  • Forearm supination

  • Forearm pronation

  • Wrist rotation
